Building Finance Application
We assist clients in preparing and submitting building finance applications to banks and financial institutions. Our documentation and project cost schedules meet lender requirements — saving you time and back-and-forth.
Architectural Drawings
Our in-house design partners produce full architectural and structural drawing sets for council submission, NHBRC application and construction. We handle single dwellings to complex multi-unit developments.
Alternative Building Tech (ABT)
We're trained and experienced in alternative building technologies — including LSFS (Light Steel Frame), ICF panels and other modern materials that reduce construction time, improve energy efficiency and lower long-term maintenance costs.
New Property Enrolment
All new residential builds are enrolled with the NHBRC before construction begins. We manage the full enrolment process and ensure your home is protected by the statutory warranty on structural defects.
Project Management
A dedicated project manager is assigned to every build — running weekly site meetings, coordinating sub-contractors, tracking programme and reporting to you throughout. No surprises; just structured delivery.
General Building Works
Residential new builds, extensions, renovations, additions, commercial fitouts, school blocks and institutional facilities. If it involves bricks and mortar, concrete and roof, we build it.
